Brad Bullock
Lead Pastor
Brad graduated from Fairfield High School in 2003, and went to Purdue University to study engineering. After his freshman year at Purdue Brad felt a clear calling from God to youth ministry. A semester later Brad enrolled at Bethel College, and then in April 2006 he came on as the youth director at NLF. He graduated from Bethel College in April 2007 and started as the Lead Pastor at New Life in May. In May 2009 he completed his Masters in Ministry degree at Bethel College. He is married to Kelsey, and they have one daughter, Brenna.

Jordan Pearson
Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship Ministries
Jordan grew up in Port Huron, Michigan and went to St. Clair County Community College to pursue degree’s in Music, Business, Computer programming and web design. The summer of 2003 Jordan felt God calling him into ministry and enrolled at Bethel College to get his degree in youth ministry. While at Bethel, Jordan interned at Nappanee Missionary Church and Colonial Woods Missionary church in the youth ministry department. After graduation he served as a youth and worship pastor for three years at the Koloa Missionary Church in Hawaii before he came on staff at New Life in January 2010. Jordan’s Favorites: Favorite TV Shows: The Office, Monk, 24, Man vs. Wild, Sports Center.
Favorite Movies: Indiana Jones and the last crusade, Three Amigos, Oceans 11, 12, & 13

Things I Like To Do: Sing and play music, check out new guitar equipment, play and watch sports, body surf, hike, spend time with family and friends, travel, run, and enjoy a good meal.
Things I Would Really Like To Do Someday: Sky dive, see a U2 concert live, and travel around the world.

Larry Byrnes
Associate of Pastoral Care
Larry graduated with a theological diploma from Kentucky Mountain Bible College in 1962. He was a pastor for 35 years (and a school teacher for 29 of those years) right here in West LaGrange County. After that he went on the mission field in Ireland with OMS International. In December of 2007 Larry came on staff at NLF as a part-time associate of pastoral care. He is married to Marian, who is his left foot and right hand in everything he does.
